I'd suggest, being your age/condition you really don't need to jump. Just let nature take it's course and enjoy as best you can whatever time you have left. (Works for me).
Especially if your licensing deal comes in.
Maybe you'll need to move back to Jersey to avoid the tax. Problem is, I believe, it's full of rock stars.
I went to Guernsey a couple of times in the early '60s - I was a kid. Let's see if I can remember ... Alderney, Jethou, Herm, Sark ... and a couple of others I'll never recall.
