Production/contractor issues were indicated/mentioned long before the big price decline, and raised as issues on these threads. If people just want to preach and trash other people's point of view then clear signs will become big surprises a few months down the track. There are always lessons to be learnt............it's just a question as to whether you want to 'hear' them.
