Hi EB, this newsletter is certainly more than suggestive with the words “agreement”. Being western educated, we rather wait till the announcement comes from the ASX to be believeable. But please bear in mind the CGGC is a SOE and the customer. They would have to make the official announcement before FLC, the supplier, can make theirs.
Thinking that is would be CGGC’s foray into waste water management (Build Operate Transfer), they naturally want to make a splash of it. Hence the announcement, in my view, wouldn’t come out till May or later, with May being the symbolic month for the Labour Movement. It’s my own speculation. (Readers, please be cautious. Be careful. I am not ramping.)
Until the official announcement, let’s remain optimistically wishful in our thinking.
