Section 249D Notice submitted on 19/12/2017.

YOW response to ASX Aware Letter on 08/01/2018 advised that YOW first became aware of the revised revenue guidance on 29/12/2017.

I find it very difficult to believe that the S249D notice was submitted without having knowledge of the revenue downgrade. Which leads to three possible things:

1. The current YOW CEO/Directors are being dishonest with their reply to the ASX i.e. they knew above the revenue downgrade prior to the Section 249D Notice being submitted.
2. The previous YOW CEO/Directors were not adequately advising the market in a timely manner.
3. Those responsible for submitting the Section 249D Notice were aware of material information prior to the market being advised. Where would they receive this information prior to other shareholders in a fair and equitable market?

As always, no further investigation will take place and business will carry on as usual.
