i think the more questions we put together, the more convincing the argument will be that they are in dire needing of improving investor relations. some i would ask are:
why don't you ever answer emails, even though your website claims that "We appreciate your interest in Anglo and would ask you to enter your details so we can answer any of your questions."?
why don't you make an effort to communicate with shareholders on occasions other than "when you HAVE to"? eg investor updates
would you consider hiring a PR officer?
are you aware that many small to medium shareholders are in communication and collaboration with regard to the effectiveness of your roles in the company and, in certain instances, dissatisfied?
