its subject to a meeting specifications, and then the JV entity has committed to buying $15 mil of product over 3 years ($2.5 mil first, $5 mil second and $7.5 mil third year) to have exclusive rights to distribute in china
And if they find buyers and demand exceeds the minimum product they purchase then revenue will be even higher
This is a fantastic deal, but great effort spinning fear to grab shares, got to give you credit for that, time of the year helps as well
