i think a request for a monthly update rather than waiting for quarterly updates. maybe an email to the company with our concerns or questions on behalf of hc members that could be addressed at the agm instead of hitting them up at the agm where we may not be given enough time. this way they are already prepared and could set the agenda in advance.
