The really neat thing about the Hartleys research is that if you look at commodity price assumptions on page 2, the 2019 forecast for Zinc is $1.20 (currently $1.55+ 29% on forecast) and similar for other commodities
-Lead 91c v $1.17 spot (+28% on forecast)
-Copper $2.82 v $3.22 spot (+14% on forecast)

this all goes straight on the bottom line. if commodity prices hold here or increase a bit you could see Hartleys forecast profits double very quickly
