The delay in PFS delivery is out of HAV's control and it appears HAV management won't be wasting any time getting to China to discuss the PFS with Wanboa, when it comes out. Contrary to what someone said it is always best to visit "the Emperor" in these negotiations not the other way around.
Also, these PFS documents are large and complex, so it would make sense for HAV technical team to check it over carefully and make sure Kalkaroo is presented in the very best light before it is finalised by the consultants.That might take a bit more time but would be worth it in the long term.
