sorry forgot to answer your question earlier....its not necessarily good for oppy holders, but he is presuming the ann is good, so that his oppies will get in the money

at the moment, the oppies are way out of the money, which could be one reason for the suspension of quotation. fnt ann may be coming under review by the asx as being suspicious as the company tries to get their options in the money (trying to raise cash for png operations)

im not saying this is true, but its one possible scenario. quite coincidental for a large ann to be out just as otm options are expiring imo
