Not really, this pay packet is a massive incentive to get it solved.

If Sepeda clicks over it's probably going to mean a 10c+ SP, which means 250k . . then he also gets the other 2.5m in shares (see third bullet point), so that's half a mil for solving Sepeda. Sounds like a pretty big incentive to get that one solved quickly.

200k a year is peanuts in this market now, it's in his best interests to get Sepeda done and the SP back up. I dont care if he makes $1m in the first 6 months, if he does, we also do.
