I would find it very hard to believe they were able to get Petra to commit 12 million of new funds at very little discount without there been something major in the winds. This time of year is notoriously slow across all sectors unless you are in the crypto space which never seems to stop. I know we have been saying it for a long time now but I honestly feel a couple more months of patience and the light will be getting brighter.
