Totally agree. IF a CR is necessary...that's how it'll line up. BOD is going to be selective this time.
Also saves a sheet load of time effort and cost.
But stand firm...there is no evidence that exists to support any statement that a CR is going to be necessary. And if it does pan out and is conducted in yhe ssme msnner as per the 9.2 rsise then as O points out correctly...it ain't no big deal in the conext of dilution.
Justin has (from memory) clearly indicated a wish to minimise dilution and the unlisted option structure supports that.
Again this entire debate is a rehash of dubject matter that has been dealt withbin the this CR thread!
