There is a only a very, very small chance of a CR before well 2 is complete. News would have to take a big turn for the worse if they need a CR before the bottom of well 2. That is why they have taken a lengthy lay off - to preserve cash while we get new parts for the drill and address the well stability issues.

IF well 2 is a duster I would suggest a painful CR would be on the cards.
IF well 2 is a gusher I would suggest there will be that much interest from energy majors across the planet that want in that there would be no need for a CR anyway...
