I dont think anyone is dragging their feet on this - this is a complex deal in which believe it or not both parties have got significant risk.

Have you read the recent case about those thugs AKT renegading on their requirement to provide coal to the Noble Trading House who provided them with prepayment monies. Indo court ruled that pre payment doesnt mean that you own the coal Before it is mined so it is classified as unsecured debt.

So this contract is a very complicated contract by the looks of it and due care has to be taken from both sides.

I would like this to be finalised as quickly as possible too but can understand some time consuming things which must be sorted now by both sides.
