I have emailed them a few times using the website but have not gotten a response. I understand that as a holder of NYO in Australia, we currently hold shares in an unlisted public company (no longer listed on ASX). The company listed on AIM is also currently suspended. If this deal raises the necessary funds, and the company is able to trade again on AIM. As Australian shareholders we still have to go through the process of converting them to DI (finding the right broker) before we are able to sell the shares.
What happened to the share sale facility that they would arrange for us? It would make a lot more sense if they told us a bit more about this as even if we tip more money in how difficult is it for us to be able to realise our investment.
