    My take is that the deal will open up a market for 1bill + transactions / year however I wouldn't liken this deal to the shopify plugin. NA Williams are a representative firm who offer a range of services to multiple channels in the auto industry. They have large companies under their management. Together, GSW & NA Williams will be looking to completely transform the delivery services to the companies already under NA Williams representation. The announcement/deal doesn't get into the specifics but I would be suprised if NA weren't taking a slice of the per delivery fees. The deal was priced at $0.12/delivery to GSW alone. To me it's more than a service their clients can take up if they wish. It will be in NA Williams financial interest to sign up their clients. They offer services to improve their client's business, be that sales, marketing, analytics etc. They will pitch this as groundbreaking delivery service technology that will completely change their clients business. Their clients, on clunky old delivery systems, will be signing up before the contracts are written. The calcs would be based on deliveries of clients already under NA representation who would have already signaled their desire to use the software. Otherwise, how else would GSW know it would take them 18 months to implement?
