Mostly had the same assumptions as you 420

NA Williams provides sales, marketing, consulting and training services to the "auto care" industry. On their website, it does talk of a "Program Group & Wholesale Distribution" as a Customer segment (http://www.nawilliams.com/team/program-group-wholesale-distribution/). perhaps GSW will be introduced by NA directly in this space as part of the consulting service?

But logistics/ distribution is not one of the services directly offered per the NA website (http://www.nawilliams.com/services/)

With this in mind, I am unsure how GSW aligns with the NA Williams business model - especially 1.2 bil transactions worth... Based on this, my assumption is NA Williams is a foot in the door (or two feet and an arm) to GSW to sell their product to the NA customer base.

Saying that, anning 170 mil AUD in 18 months before a genuine $ contract is signed (NA williams do not stand to benefit at all from the GSW platform - so no money here) is a huge number to pin on the board and shifty af. The wording of the ann is "fishy" at best too. Need a clear understanding of GSW, NAW and the industry to read between the lines to understand wtf is going on. IMO the current SP is floating on the idea that the 170 is both realizable and tangible (per the ann). Waiting anxiously on an update on NA promised at AGM in the coming weeks.

However, I agree that the majority of large providers in the auto industry stand to benefit the most from GSW tech. They are the wet dream for the GSW platform. Large volumes of quick turn around freight in a JIT IMS where speed and efficiency of delivery is key and legacy trash tech in place. GSW's bread and butter.

Far more useful in this space than your local Thais
