be careful with wording. the investor presentation does not say they predict they will earn 400k a month income. it states the initial hardware setup will have the potential of making 400k a month. i.e. amount of capacity to mine crypto. potential capacity is vastly different from expected revenue.
a car yard can have the capacity to sell millions of $ worth of cars per day but it may fall quite short of that.
a few slides earlier it states that mining rewards are earned by the computing provider that solves the mathematical formula for a block, so its quite possible you can have the assets to mine crypto but this does not imply you will earn the full capacity of your mining ability.
