    Hey @Neil1959

Totally agree kicking up the hornets’ nest won’t do us any favours, what’s happened is in the past now. Soar and BPG will still need to have dealings with each other as they wind up their engagement; negative sentiment towards Soar from those linked to BPPL could ultimately have a negative impact on Soar’s dealing with BPG, IMO.

Again IMO, I wouldn’t be surprised if Soar are / will be totally out of the picture. I haven’t managed to prove this connection yet, but I have suspicion that Yano Lim (BPG - Former Company Secretary and Board/Director) could be related to Seth Lim (CEO of Soar Labs).

Here’s a few reasons why I believe this:
    - Michael Wee replaced Yano Lim as the new Company Secretary as voted at the AGM last month)
    - Why? Was Yano not doing a good job or, could it be due to this suggested relationship and the breakdown of Soar relationship at the time?
    - Sustany Lim (wife of Yano Lim) works at Property Direct, as does Cody Fraser (CEO of ‘Property Census’). Property Census has an agreement with Seth Lim / Soar Labs intending to use Soar Coins in the [Brisbane] Real Estate market.
    - What would have been in it for Sustany to introduce her colleagues to Seth Lim?
    - Per the announcement of the chronology of events, once the coins were removed from both BPG and Alvin’s wallet, the first person to attempt to contact Seth Lim, was Yano Lim (at 1am). Surely this should have been a CEO to CEO conversation, especially given Alvin’s personal coins were removed also.
    - Perhaps this conversation/ telephone call better come from a relative, before the boss?

    - Lastly / Separately, as pointed out previously, BPG have a crypto consultant - Warwick Powell.
Warwick Powell is also the owner of Beef Ledger.
Seth Lim is a Technical Advisor at Beef Ledger.

OK… So what if Yano Lim and Seth Lim are related?
Yano holds a significant number of Shares in BPG, both Personally and also with his SMSF with Sustany. If this disagreement between BPG (Alvin Phua) and Soar (Seth Lim) gets personal/sour, then BPG could have one of their top 20 shareholders (Yano Lim) muck up the BPG SP out of spite or for other reasons.

All of the above is complete speculation, but - in many ways irrespective of the above - BPG wouldn’t want enemies with Soar or it’s relatives, as they probably still have a part to play.

I don’t condone the actions of Soar Labs, but weary that BPG may have a delicate and possibly personal relationship to deal with.

    Cheers
