MACD divergence has crossed. RSI is as low as it has got for SDL (nearly). Price going down. What da???

Anyone have any ideas on a stop loss? i had thought 0.48 and now 0.45??? The only problem for me is that the last time i stoped losses at 0.39 I watched as the SP went up from then on ?????

I am sitting on a shit load of losses with SDL and want to stop losses because the DJIA looks like somone is about to dump it into the bin - everytime i think surely there cannot be anyone else selling at these prices SDL beats my expectations??????
