There has to be something that Arena are privy to as part of their DD for them to reinvest that amount.

Maybe they've pulled off something special. After the auction fiasco a really big sale - say 5-10 mil could see it turn around and fly hard again.
They've had two months of processing the stockpiles - the good ground.
