If Edwards is the TAVR incumbent, they will try every dirty trick in the book to delay and obstruct this new entry. The ideal situation is having a new big player with the motivation and resources to go toe-toe with Edwards in grabbing market share. A big player with a sense of urgency, not an incumbent that will take it slow so as not to cannibalise its own sales...
