As a small shareholder, without voting influence, what can one do.
a) The directors ran down the share price,
b) They offered themselves lots of shares as payment for "work" done so that over time they built an influential holding in the company.
c) They now get rid of the founding shareholders by buying them out. As a result they increase their holding even further.
d) The directors change the name of the company for what appears to be no other reason than to try to obscure its dark history.
e) The result is that they "own" the company.

- watching white collar criminals at work, wilfully screwing a company.
- Many years ago I bought OBL, what appeared to be a company with good prospects.
- I was not reactive even though I had my suspicions that OBL was being infiltrated by criminals.
