I was under the impression that Radio Hill wasn't in operation until mid 2018?
If that is the case is it yet another stalling tactic.
From the responses you have received thus far it should be clear to everyone that nothing beats listening to the call yourself .
No refection on your take ,you obviously listened to it but much is otherwise lost in secondary interpretations .
