I guess it could be slowing things down a little, but on the bright side
1. TV2U has a contract with one of them (Smartfren) and
2. One of them is reported to have said "We were amazed by the service provided by TV2U and by IVAN-X's abiliy to quickly and efficiently serve engaging content to our viewers." (Putera Ajie, Indosat Ooredoo) as reported in Ann 6 November 2017.
