Are you suggesting that different languages came into existence at the foot of the Tower of Babble? That a mere 2,600 years ago all of humanity lived around the area of the T of B and all spoke the same language? But then God confused them with languages and somehow encouraged them to then spread all over the world.
I'm not suggesting anything other than what's in simple plain English in the Bible and NO metaphorical magic reading can twist it to mean anything else.
So to use the Bible wording to mean anything you chose it to mean, is Not my cup of tea, THAT is why you have all these strange and mysterious beliefs, no guidelines.
