I don't find the silence creepy. This is not a company that needs to continually release news to generate excitement. Its a real business that is hitting its advertised milestones like clockwork.
The AGM is on the 25th of January, at which point the institutional capital raising will most certainly be ratified. Remember the shares aren't available yet, and GMV doesn't have the money from the raising.
So expect news after the Australia day long weekend. In the meantime stock up on the small number of low priced GMV shares there are, and enjoy the new year.
