I actually been updating some research on SMS Group and they have been very busy in the vanadium and Titanium space. They've assisted in China with their vanadium production industry, registered a couple more patents for vanadium extraction from slag and fly ash, assisting in Russia with a steel mill and associated bi product recoveries. There ain't nothing SMS doesn't know about this industry. Gives me great confidence that their abilities will smooth through the Refinery EIS. Very environmentally focused and the detail is mind numbing. Time to file the Draft BOD, Christmas break is over.

Anyway interested in the 3D activity. But further SMS have patents in titanium recovery and feature in the Titanium Global symposiums etc. The Titanium Off Takes might be right ready to a reveal IMO.

A final note on finance. If we look at ATC , from what i can tell they started courting KfW IPEX in 2015 but got really focused with the completion of their business plan c August 2017, in October 2017 they advised that they expected an answer by year end and that was the case. Also ATC have yet to get licencing approval from The Malaysian Govt yet so the finance must be approved but of course conditional.

Now TNG have been courting ECA via SMS for a similar time and have got to the pointy end of detail with the revised DFS of November 2017. There have been meetings or a meeting in August 2017. So what im suggesting is we might be way further ahead that circumstances suggest.
