If they have 3 years of profit, then they should have no problem finding an auditor to sign off the accounts. And if that happens, there should be no problem in getting ASX to resume trading. Simples! Except that there’s a small detail, they need to show how they have income, and that this isn’t based on assumed value of shares they hold.
