You may just have a chance to swing my vote and other HotCopper readers/contributors (if our vote is important to you) if you could please explain your attempt to put NIU into liquidation and how this would have added to shareholder value.
Your first statement on page 2 is "The board of directors of YOUR company sold YOU out!", but it appears you wanted to do the same.
This, in my opinion, is the issue bothering most of us and was not addressed in the letter you sent out to us, and would seem to be a glaring omission, so how are we the shareholders to trust you and the other two prospective directors? You are running on the same ticket as you have also said you will not sit alongside the two current directors if they are also elected.
Answer this one question to my/our satisfaction before 11.00am AEDT on Thursday 18 January 2018 and you may just have the opportunity to swing my/our vote.
Also, I did not receive a new proxy form with the letter as promised, so is my vote really that important to you?
