It seems when the DOW recovers at any time during the night it's the result of the PPT. When the DOW plunges 250 points or we have an August correction i'm assuming that the PPT are either having holidays or a sickie.
Does anyone have any definitive proof that the PPT is anything other than what it is stated to be - a vehicle to provide liquidity to financial institutions in times of a crash?
