At the moment, he is a shareholder like us, not a director, therefore he has as much right to post on here as we do. He would have to log in as a representative of the company if he were.
What better and more appropriate way to reach 17000 odd followers of this thread?
Even if he didn't want to respond because of legal issues etc, I'm sure he is, as are the other two, watching these threads closely to gauge shareholder sentiment. There are people/shareholders posting on here that I feel sure are closely associated with him and know the answer and could inform all of us.
With the current management (bad as it is) we still have a company even though the share price is only 0.002, if it were liquidated my/our shareholding would be worth $0. This is what I believe concerns us the most.
It is prudent for all of us to know why, not just me, and for there to be full transparency from both sides.
As I said, if my vote is important, it is still up for grabs as perhaps are some others.
