It can't be moderated. Capitalism has run it's course. There are no new areas into which to expand markets. There are no more new areas to bring on cheap labour and expanded markets for ever more production of rubbish. Capitalism is a system based on the perpetual accumulation of capital.. A slowdown in growth defines a crisis, and we are in a crisis now, like never before.
