I hope you are right, but Czech Republic and German Republic are so different. In the back of my mind I imagine what would happen in Australia. Let's start by considering that Australia doesn't have a wealth of mineral assests. Then let say a Chinese or Indian company wants to mine our key mineral asset. What would the Nationals (Barnaby the populartist) and Libs (Turnbull the agnostic) do when the news became hot in the media? I'm guessing they could be advocating that the Review tribunal (ie Morrison the treasurer) should reject the deal. It would all be about nationalistic politics, not logic or legal rights/wrongs. That is my nightmare.
