The primary stumbling block was getting their tenements transferred in to their subsidiary companies so that their Chinese Cornerstone Investors (10% @ 18c & also 10% @ 30c) could actually give them the money as its a Chinese foreign investment requirement.
Today they announced it is done (MERN Transfers) & they will be formally registered Friday 19th Jan.
Monster Lithium & Cobalt Resources in the company with a tiny EV & after the Chinese $ will have c. 8m in the bank.
They're also spinning off their cobalt assets in to a new vehicle to be IPO'd called iCobalt Ltd.
