Your right IMO. Someone is selling down heavily, keeping it low. We have had great announcements and even more resources to come. Production isn't that far away, and when its close we should see the SP rocketing. Once finance is obtained and EPA approvals this stock should be $3. But who knows, the shareprice in the $1.30 mark is a joke. Might see a "change is substanial holding" notice - someone selling down. Just my thoughts. Hope this sea of red ends soon.
