allanl: I am not claiming to be an expert, but seriously ask yourself, if you a director or with an active interest in a company, why would you sell shares unless it was your personal cashflow issue which is not that likely..

maybe he knows something that we don't know, = why he is selling,

if he thinks the company is all good, then anything he sells now is potential lost profit......to put it another silly way, say you could predict lotto numbers to an accurancy of 5 and you had say 50 tickets... you wouldn't sell 15 tickets unless you were desperate would you???

I hold MHL, so am not too sure what to think...
