Hi Rimfire, spot on!
DNI currently has no Graphite...and may well find its major Graphite Project tied-up and bogged down in:
1. Arbitration, then
2. Order Against by LICA Arbitrator, followed by
3. Order Registered with Court (either in London or Canada), followed by
4. Judgement Imposed by Court, then
5. Pursuit of Judgement by Plaintiff, after which
6. Possibility of Key Graphite Assets being stripped from DNI, and then
7. Possibility of Bankruptcy.
All up, the legal chase could last 8-10 years or more!
All of above the result of Management and Boards of both companies failing to reach/negotiate a commercial decisions. Treatment of their shareholders beggars belief.
Result: millions in legal fees/costs, all of which comes from existing cash plus any CR's.
Stupid! Stupid!
The South Koreans-or anyone with a commercial reputation to protect-would be insane to seriously negotiate a Supply Off-Take Agreement with DNI.
PS: The markets will understand and recognise the above, thus making future CR's in realm of cuckoo land.
