I must admit, that still bothers me, too. Why does it need to be so hush hush? Just come out and post here with honesty and transparency. It would garner a lot more support.
My gut feeling was that there was reasonable truth to what I heard yesterday, but Suellen is not AMG and I can't vouch for them. DealLooker still concerns me. I'm not sure if he is one of the proposed AMG guys or if he works for them, or if, as he states, he is a normal shareholder. Whatever or whoever, he certainly rings alarm bells and I don't trust him.
But on the other hand, sounds like there's some pretty poor things happening on site, and it's not like the stock price has done anything but dwindle to almost nothing.
The hard part is we have to try and make the right decision based on information from people that obviously have their own motives.
One thing I do know, is that if you want to do something, you will need to do it this morning. The vote count happens at 11am AEDT. Any proxy form would need to be submitted by that time.
