CUY already has FEDERAL government approval for Oban...this will not change if the ALP gets in. If they change this the FED gov can expect some whopping litigation from CUY.

It is like the toll roads under Kennet, the ALP could not alter the contract afcter they got into power in Victoria.

The SA Labour government is already pro-uranium. They will get a raft of litigation from u308 explorers if they change their Policy after so much moneyhas already been invested under their auspices.

Oban is under active consideration by PIRSA, who are providing assistance to get the mine approved. It is a complex process and the SA ALP gov. is doing what they can to assist CUY.
