Not sure if your wrong but IRC is as focused as it can be with the Chinese working on it, results are due in coming weeks, I'm thinking before Chinese New Year. I don't know the detailed results of previous test work, but it's an oxide resource so I would think it's highly likely they could extract battery grade. I don't think the issue is extraction rather than optimizing the best commercial process to economically achieve it.
