because howard is pro selling uranium to china and india, Kev's mob would change that.whereas even if SA gov allows the mining, the FED labour gov can stop its sale overseas.....unless the SA govt suceeds, and becomes an independant state, which would then cause a civil war, and then the new federal labour government would be forced to send in the military. Of course the SA government can then fast track its nuclear missile programme which would cause the Federal government to step down (and our cuy shares will go through the roof) and then the country would be run by south australians..................bugger, where's my one way ticket to China?
