    I'll tell you why they should issue a speeding ticket.
    Because they have a reponsibility to ensure that manipulaiton isnt happening with every share in the ASX.

    Seriously, there's nearly a billion shares on issue.

    There are going to be a lot of traders getting burnt on this one.
