I said a month or so back that there must have been more capital raising on their agenda given the haste at which they had the general meeting to vote on the last raising. The vote at the general meeting gave them the right to raise another 15% without shareholder approval.

I have been soaking some up at this lower price so I think my holdings arent anymore diluted by the raising than my relative share a week or so ago (technically they are of course). Hopefully we get some traction from this - in a positive sense. Macquarie says it has done its homework and likes the potential of QHL technology. Nice to have them on board as they might also be a source of funds for future growth.

The announcement should also go out under mbl which might attract some attention.

I suspect that some will jump off due to disappointment at dilution. so there may be some more cheap buying tomorrow!
