Hi Guys
Please understand that I am not an expert in foreign languages, but at least I have had a go at translating it. For what it is worth:

The Puntuhutuland Government in conjunction with Afrikana Oil is pleased to announce the procurement of an Oil Rig and the imminent commencement of drilling in the State of Puntuhutuland. Government official Elderxl reports that all clans in the horn of Africa are now united following the recent reconciliation conferences. His assistant Insidemoney has given us the inside oil that all is in readiness for action. The government has promised to bring prosperity and economic growth to the region, and anxiously awaits the commencement of commercial oil production. The expected wealth generation will benefit the peoples of Puntuhutuland in particular, and the peoples of Konsort Private and their associates, but it will also have royalties for Somalia as a nation.

The government would like to thank cadet reporter Stupido Scarva for his zealousness in bringing this exciting exploration project to the forefront of the world media. As we know, balanced reporting of events in Somalia can be difficult to achieve, and expectations can sometimes get out of hand. Scarvaman has worked tirelessly in dampening expectations, and that has had the side benefit of helping the right people to get loaded to the gills in Range Resources stock. The Government sincerely hopes Scarvaman has managed to help himself to the bumper harvest of Range Resources stock that has been falling from the stock market tree in recent times, partly because of the reduced expectations, and partly because we helped him shake bigfella tree.

Clan leader Pongosniffavitch, son of respected but now retired clan elder, PerfectStage also needs to be acknowledged for the tireless work he has done in helping to keep a lid on expectations. The last thing we wanted was for our people to get too far ahead of themselves. There is still much to accomplish before all of Puntland can retire on their stupendous oil incomes, and simply contribute to the forums and play the markets like those of us lucky enough to have received the big brown paper bags from undisclosed sources.

Drilling is expected to commence mid January.
