Absolutely no negative in converting the options the market cap will still be somewhere near 32 million without doing the sums.
Big deal when there is resource defined by the last report at some where near 1.09 a share fully diluted.

Dont be fooled the company will want and need the conversion of options to shares, So they should its more than just a story they have done an absolutely fantastic job of drilling over the last 2 tears, dont make the mistake and sell them short.

The vote is basically to allow the directors the money so they can convert.
They are closer than we are and seem to up front and reliable Aussies.

Its rare these days to invest in an honest company especially one with operations in WA that was not once a miner that became a Dot.com to a winery to a miner again.
