this does not have 18 months,,,,,stocks under 1 cent with let say 200 to 700 mill shares some cash you can give 2 years to wait,,,l dont think bdi has cash to last that long unless they raise at the low again which then sees your market cap go up but share price the same,,,,
this will be ok once its all cleaned up now the problem is if they plat it to .001 and do it they burn recent buyers,,,,
