Have been giving this placement a little more thought as an indicator of ongoing financial health.

I estimated SOI : 1167M (a little sad they don't have this on their website)

Calculated as follows:
Investor Presentation: 867M (4-Sep-17)
P: 200M (22-Sep-17) $1M
P: 50M (30-Nov-17) $550K
P: 40M (15-Jan-18) $1.2M

Tells me they're burning through $400-500K per month on avg.

So no doubt we'll get another placement in 2-3 months.

People's thoughts on future dilution and what it means and when it becomes a bigger issue? When does too much become too much?

I think its all ok for now....its all about the Vanadium and this upcoming concept study (with the met work).
