With Soul on the register as the major shareholder, you can be assured that the company is in good hands. The Chairman, Robert Millner is associated with listed investment giants Milton Corporation (MLT). They wouldn't have taken control of this company unless they thought it had great potential. SOT only just came up on my radar, and after reading the Chairmans report, I'm ready to take a position. If they don't make any aquisitions in the next 6-12 months, their huge cash reserves indicates another giant special dividend payout.
